Apologies all Around … by Darla Luke

Last week I was MIA on this blog, my apologies. A very busy work week, a simple procedure and a migraine on Friday knocked me off my planned schedule.

In my last post (see it here), I mislabeled Susan Ee’s novel AngelFall as self-published. When I scan the list for self-pubbed books, I look for Amazon’s name. In the future, I’ll endeavor to make sure it’s labeled as “Self-Published by Amazon Digital Services.” I only wished Amazon would make my life easier and publish a list of their top selling self-pubbed authors, so I could share it here without taking hours of research 🙂

Here are the books that reached the USA Today Top 150 Best-Selling Books list through the week ending Sunday 10-14-12*:

Down to You by M. Leighton (Self-published via Amazon Digital Services). This week #17 (last week #17) $3.99

On Dublin Street by Samantha Young (Self-published via Amazon Digital Services). This week #38 (last week, not on the list) $3.99

His Every Move by Kelly Favor (Self-published via PubIt!). This week #63 (last week, not on the list) $2.99

White Trash Beautiful by Teresa Mummert (Self-published via Amazon Digital Services). This week #95 (last week #98) $2.99

*I’m human and make mistakes (a shock to my friends, I’m sure!). If there’s a book on this week’s list that I missed, please let me know. If I misspelled/mistyped an author’s name or book title, I’m extremely sorry.

About Darla Luke

Darla Luke spent her childhood making up stories in her head, when she wasn't devouring every book she could get her hands on. If someone would have told her she'd be a writer when she grew up, she would have laughed herself silly. Now, writing is her passion, and she loves telling stories (especially ghost stories) and believes they all should have a happy ending.
